Signature Home Furniture Return and Exchange Policy
Special Order Merchandise Returns & Cancellations
Special orders consist of items not regularly stocked and are ordered specifically at the customer’s request. Once Signature Home Furniture places the order with the manufacturer, these items cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances. Customers are required to pay the full balance and arrange for pick-up or delivery within 7 days of being notified that the merchandise is ready. Failure to do so does not relieve the customer of their obligation to pay the full amount owed for the merchandise.
Restraint Devices
Signature Home Furniture is not responsible for the installation of any “anti-tipping” restraint devices, equipment, hardware, or apparatus included with furniture by the manufacturer. Additionally, Signature Home Furniture holds no liability for manufacturers that do not provide “anti-tipping” restraint devices with their products.
Stock Merchandise Cancellations
Stock merchandise orders may be canceled for a full refund up to 3 days before the scheduled delivery or pick-up date.
